The MegaCube is a Tri-Ring shape, that means that its weight is divided between three spaces as it spins. This makes the movement of the prop more complex to balance, it raises the difficulty of use but also multiplies the visual effects it creates in motion.

The Megacube's design is based on the idea of a hypercube, a figure that represents the 4th dimension. The figure simply appears to be a cube within a cube. By layering 3 cubes, I believe it deserved a greater name than "Hyper" so I decided "Mega" was the next best choice.

The MegaCube design was created by Lars Matthew Rieck aka Sh8peshiftr or Sh8pes, inspired by the Tri Ring creations of Alessandro Sacchi.
